Do you replace the items with the indication "Out of stock"?

Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?

Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address you indicate. However, it is not possible to deliver orders at PO Boxes, Transport Offices or Hotels. Please note that our online store orders are delivered in the following countries: Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands), Europe, Mexico, Colombia, Perú, Puerto Rico, Brasil, Chile and the United States.

What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times depend on the delivery address:
- Mainland and Portugal: 24 - 48 hours (working days)
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 48 - 72 hours (working days)
- Europe: 3-6 working days
- South America and United States: 3-5 business days
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipments to Peninsula and Portugal 5 €.
Shipments to the Canary Islands are € 15.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands are € 10.
For shipments to other destinations the amount will appear when processing the order before confirming the purchase.
What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

How do I return an item?
Through the website you can request the return of any item within 14 days from the receipt of the order. The article must be returned with its labels and original packaging in perfect condition, and with its security or hygiene seals, in the case of carrying them, placed in the same place.
If the return is made from the peninsula, in the following 24 h to the acceptance of the return, a courier will pass by your address to collect the returned item. First size exchange or return are free.
If the return is requested from non-mainland territory, you must send the article to us. The shipping address appears in the mail that you will receive once we receive and accept your return request.
We will not accept returns sent to freight due.
How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the product is in our possession and we have verified that it is in the agreed state, we will proceed to make the return of the amount in a maximum term of 14 days. The money of the return will be entered to the client through the mode of payment chosen for the order.
Partial returns of an order will result in refunds of the product price and partial shipping costs. Shipping costs will be refunded in proportion to the value of the returned product.

The change of size is free in the peninsula (one exchange and one return per order), once requested the change of size in the usual way, we will contact you to make the change.
What are the payment methods?
