The shipping of orders placed in EUSTYLE will be made through courier companies.
The user’s order will be delivered within the next 2 to 7 business days since the order confirmation.
The shipping costs will appear duly separated in the final sale price on all orders. The shipping whithin Spain (Peninsule) and Portugal costs 3 € y will be free shipping on any order over 50€. For the rest of the world the shipping costs will appear duly separate before accept the order.
For order sales from Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or out of Spain the custom taxes are not included
If the order isn’t delivered within 10 business days since the order confirmation, please contact us through our email email@example.com.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you will be able to get a refund for it through our website. This should be done within fourteen days since you received the product.
To request a refund, on your private menu, select “Order details and history” option and select the product you want a refund for, then click on “Create refund application”. We will analyze your application to determine if it’s accepted or not and notify you by email. If the application is accepted you will have to send back the product. Refunds within Spain (Peninsule) are free. We will contact you to concern a date to callect the product.
When we receive the product, it will be meticulously analyzed to check if it is in perfect condition, unused, clean, the packaging is not damaged….
The product has to be sent back with the original packaging in perfect condition, with the security seals placed back in their original positions
Once the product has been analyzed, we will notify you as soon as possible if the refund is accepted or not and will send you an email with the confirmation.
Eustyle will refund the price of the product and the shipping costs with the same method of payment you used to purchase the product within fourteen days since the confirmation of the refund. In case of parcial refunds, the shippings costs will be refunded proportionally to the total amount of the order.
You will be responsible for the costs of sending back the product and we will not accept products sent to carriage due. Refunds within Spain (Peninsule) are free.
For refunds on jewelry and accessories it’s mandatory that the security seals are intact. Refunds on underwear are not allowed.
Refunds on personalized items are not allowed.
For size changes on clothing, you will have to request a refund and then place a new order with the correct size.
